Getting Started

We like to meet with you initially to learn your expectations for your new home and your builder.

We’ll show you homes under construction as well as completed homes, so you are familiar with the quality and variety of our work.

During the design process, we will draft initial blueprints and then incorporate revisions until you are delighted with the plan for your future home.

At your lot we work with you to locate your home, paying special attention to features like slope, views, or even a special tree that needs to be preserved.

The permit process looks intimidating but we walk you through the details. We provide all insurance, pay all bills, and hold required licenses.

The fun is in the detail, and that’s where our vendors and subcontractors come in. Through years of doing business together, they know what we expect, and we know our customers can count on them to go the extra mile. Whether you’re selecting plumbing fixtures or meeting on the job site to discuss a detail on the crown mold, you’ll feel confidence in the skill and knowledge of our team.

And, we save the best for last. We’re here to serve you after your house is completed. You’ll know where your builder is when you need help, need to add that Arkansas room, or just need the name of a babysitter because the grandkids are coming.
